Grenade Shelf/drawer will allow all grenades (aside from 25mm grenades) to be sorted in rows on either a shelf or a custom openable drawer, this would use all grenade skins dependent on what type of grenade you are storing! 223/5.56 will appear as a 30 round STANAG 9mm ammo will depend on the equipped weapon if you have a MP5 from a mod it will appear as a 30rd MP5 mag if it's a 9mm Pistol it will appear as a generic pistol magazine ect. Magazine racks when ammo for different weapons is placed on a magazine rack the ammo will appear as caliber appropriate magazines for example. Modded weapons show all installed mods when placed on a rack, red dot scope, suppressor ect.
