Here's what a piece of Taskbar and Start Menu on Windows7: Let's say… Windows 7 would have some more visual effects, but the square shapes from taskbar lacking. There is not much difference between the graphical interfaces of the two systems.
Personally, I can't say that one looks better than the other. Even users who have installed Windows Vista they want on their systems a GUI ( theme or msstyles) of Windows 7. I saw that many are crazy about the new look of Windows 7.
